Any winnings accumulated on an underage account may be forfeited during the review process.
In addition to the age requirement, you must ensure that online betting is legal in your jurisdiction before registering. xsmn may require identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment method verification, as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow another person to use your account. Accounts found to have been shared or transferred to another individual will be suspended and any associated funds may be forfeited pending investigation. Keeping your contact information up to date helps us reach you quickly in case of any security concerns.
Multiple accounts per individual are not permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.

4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules

Violation of any of these obligations will result in immediate suspension of your account and reporting to the relevant authorities where legally required.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the relevant platform pages and are subject to change. xsmn does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which xsmn bears no responsibility. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe stated on the platform, subject to completion of identity verification and any applicable security checks. xsmn reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, incomplete verification, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: providing false registration information, suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, underage access, use of prohibited software, failure to complete identity verification, or any behaviour that xsmn deems harmful to the platform or other users. During a suspension period, access to account features including betting, deposits, and withdrawals may be restricted.
If the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, xsmn may permanently close the account and forfeit any associated balances in accordance with applicable law. You may also voluntarily request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests submitted through our Responsible Gaming tools will be processed promptly and with full confidentiality. Balances on voluntarily closed accounts that have been verified and are not subject to any active investigation will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
